These Terms of Service apply to Silver Bridge, including all content we make available through it. This is a legally binding agreement between us and you about how you can use the experience. BY ACCESSING OR USING SILVER BRIDGE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES THAT GO WITH THEM. IF YOU DON'T AGREE, DON'T USE THE EXPERIENCE.
PROPRIETARY AND USE RIGHTS
We and our suppliers own everything intellectual property related to Silver Bridge. That includes the domain name, trademarks, text, images, puzzle designs, and everything else you see or access through it. We own and control Silver Bridge. Any rights we haven't explicitly given you stay with us. These Terms don't transfer any ownership to you. We let you access and use Silver Bridge personally, just for your own enjoyment. It's limited, non-exclusive, and you can't transfer it to someone else.
USE RESTRICTIONS
You can't modify, copy, reproduce, republish, display, encode, translate, transmit, upload, post, distribute, or otherwise use content from Silver Bridge unless we say you can. Don't print or distribute anything for commercial reasons without permission. Anything else needs our written approval. You also agree not to let anyone use Silver Bridge in ways that break the law or these Terms. That means no violating intellectual property rights, data protection laws, privacy rules, recording restrictions, or export regulations. Silver Bridge might link to other websites that aren't ours. We don't control them and we're not responsible for what's on them. When you go to those sites, that's on you. You need to take your own precautions. Those sites have different rules than Silver Bridge, and you're responsible for reading and following them.
FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS
We like getting comments and suggestions about Silver Bridge. But unless you want to give them to us for free with no strings attached, don't send them. If you do send feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you're giving them to us permanently and we can use them however we want without paying you or owing you anything. You're responsible for everything in what you send, including whether it's legal, accurate, and actually yours.

CHANGES

That includes claims about intellectual property, privacy, or anything else. You're covering all damages and costs, including lawyer and expert fees, for any of these claims.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
We try to keep Silver Bridge working right and make sure it's accurate and current. But at any point it could be incomplete, have errors, or be wrong. Before you rely on anything from it, check it somewhere else or ask us. WE DON'T PROMISE SILVER BRIDGE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE, OR THAT WE'LL FIX ANY PROBLEMS, OR THAT IT'LL GIVE YOU SPECIFIC RESULTS. IT'S PROVIDED AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE. ALL INFORMATION CAN CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. WE AREN'T MAKING ANY WARRANTIES, STATED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FOR ACCURACY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We don't take responsibility for what you do with any information, content, or communication from Silver Bridge. We and our team won't be liable for damage unless it's a direct result of us breaking these Terms. Everything else is off the table. That includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, privacy loss, economic damage, and all special, indirect, or consequential damages. Even if we knew it might happen. If we somehow do end up liable for something connected to your use, the limit is USD terms00.00. If any of these disclaimers can't legally apply to you, then only that part won't apply. Everything else stays in effect.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
SOME PLACES DON'T ALLOW CERTAIN CHOICE OF LAW CLAUSES. IF THAT'S WHERE YOU ARE, SOME OR ALL OF THIS MIGHT NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms replace any prior agreement, statement, or promise about Silver Bridge. They bind you and your heirs and other legal representatives. If any part is ruled void, we'll enforce what we can to stay as close to the original intent as possible. The rest stays in effect. If we don't act on a breach, that's not a waiver. These Terms don't give anyone else any rights. You can't assign or transfer your rights and obligations. We can do that without asking you.
