What information do we collect?

When you're playing through Silver Bridge, we gather a few things directly from you — mainly your email, how you like your sessions set up, and how far you've gotten in the puzzles. It helps us see which areas of the game people are drawn to and where they tend to get stuck. If you're cool with it, we'll let you know about new releases and share some of our design thinking.

How do you grant your consent?

By signing up or giving us your email, you're basically saying we can collect and use that info to keep your account running and track your progress. For anything beyond that — like sending newsletters or asking for research feedback — we'll ask you directly before we do it, or give you the option to skip it.

How do I withdraw my consent?

Just reach out through the contact form on the site and let us know. We'll handle it within a couple of days.

Disclosure

We only share your information if the law forces us to — like a court order or something from a regulatory body.

Third-party Services

The tools we use, whether that's analytics platforms or hosting companies, only get access to what they actually need to do their job. Payment processors have their own privacy rules, and once you're off Silver Bridge or clicking through to somewhere else, this policy doesn't apply anymore.

Security

We use standard encryption and access controls to keep your data safe. We do what we reasonably can to stop your information from getting lost, misused, accessed without permission, or wiped out.
